This article covers the use of artificial intelligence in the food industry and how AI is changing culinary practices and processes. This assignment ignited my interest in technology and ultimately encouraged me to pursue technical writing after graduation. Since then, I have continued my research in artificial intelligence for both professional and personal projects. I hope to keep learning and composing similar articles in the future!
