ABOUT

I’m Kelly, a recent graduate from McGill University where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and International Development. At school, I was an editor for McGill’s Pre-Law Review, a graphic designer for On the Table, and a frequent consumer of anything Milton, Nabokov, and Wordsworth.

My journey with content design, UX writing, and technical writing began in 2022 when I started as a content design intern on IBM’s Data and AI team. During my internship, I learned a variety of skills in technical writing and design thinking, which sparked a voracious curiosity for all things digital.

As a content designer and technical writer, my job is to translate complicated processes into understandable procedures for clients. However, I believe that everyone should be able to explore and understand the many technological advancements occurring in the world. I am a strong advocate for accessibility and I want to encourage everyone—regardless of their academic or personal background—to not be intimidated by technology.

I am still discovering and learning many new things, and I hope you can join me on my journey!
